This cabin also offers a circle drive, perfect if you are pulling a boat! Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (May 1- Sep 30). Lastly, we want this to be a memorable experience for you and your loved ones and we would be happy to provide recommendations in the area. —Parties or Events or Extra Guest We do not allow guests to throw parties or events at our property. Please kindly note that all extra guests should be approved by the host before arrival and they will need to leave the property by 9 pm per the County’s STR Reinforcement Code. Any unapproved visitors will be charged $200 per person according to the House Rules in the listing. Please feel free to contact us if any questions. —Parking There is a parking space for 6 vehicles. —Oven Please make sure to turn on the vent while using the oven, otherwise the carbon alarm will ring. —Pets We love pets. Your fur friends are welcome with an additional fee of $50/ pet per night. (max 3 pets allowed). You are required to disclose before booking. We simply ask that you clean up after your pet during your stay. However, they are not allowed to swim in the hot tub. Please be mindful, as their fur can cause the filters to build up. -Please be aware of desert plants and keep your pets away from them, we strongly suggest you use a leash and accompany your pets while running in the yard because the cactus might hurt. You are 100% responsible for yourself and your pets. USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft and to make sure our no-parties policy is being adhered to. We have 1 camera by the front door and 1 by the back door that is ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house. LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement are required for guests who book Woodsy Wonder.
