WAY BACK WHEN | Pool + 2-Level Kids’ Fort | Sleeps 16 Welcome to Way Back When — a cabin our family loves because there’s something here for everyone. ❤️ The star of the show is definitely the backyard: a private pool beside a huge 2-level kids’ fort, complete with a slide, swing and suspended rope tunnel between the trees. The kids can play for hours while the grown-ups relax nearby, soak in the hot tub or just enjoy being in the woods. Inside, there’s room for the whole crew with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeping for up to 16. Add a stocked kitchen, shuffleboard, firepit and plenty of places to hang out, and you may find you barely leave the cabin. 🏊 THE POOL + KIDS’ FORT If you’re coming with kids, this is probably where you’ll spend most of your time. The private pool sits right beside the two-level wooden play fort, so the backyard feels like your own little family adventure zone. Kids can: 🛝 Race down the slide 🌲 Explore the two-level fort 🪢 Crawl through the suspended rope tunnel between the trees 🤸 Swing and play 🏊 Jump back in the pool and do it all over again Parents can hang out nearby, relax by the pool or slip into the hot tub while the kids play. Honestly, some of our favorite days here are the ones when nobody ever gets out of their swimsuit. 🔥 HOT TUB + FIREPIT When the kids finally slow down, it’s your turn. Soak in the private hot tub, pour a drink and enjoy the trees around you. Later, grab the marshmallows and gather around the firepit for s’mores and a quiet Broken Bow night. Sometimes the simple nights are the best ones. 🛏️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Way Back When sleeps a maximum of 16 guests with plenty of room for families to spread out. Master Bedroom 1 (Ensuite Bathroom) • King bed • Attached bathroom Bedroom 2 • King bed Bedroom 3 • Queen bed • Twin-over-twin bunk There is a full size bathroom in between Bedrooms 2 and 3. 2nd Floor Loft (Ensuite Bathroom) • 4 cozy full-size bed nooks — 2 on each side • Coffee maker upstairs ☕ • A fun hangout and sleeping space for kids, teens or extra guests We especially love the upstairs setup for bigger family trips. Everyone gets their own sleeping space, and having a coffee maker upstairs means you don’t necessarily have to head downstairs first thing in the morning. 🛋️ ROOM TO HANG OUT The main living area is open, comfortable and easy for everyone to gather in. Settle onto the sofas, turn on the Smart TV, hang out by the fireplace or just catch up while dinner is being made. Upstairs, the loft gives the group another place to spread out, with shuffleboard for a little friendly competition. 🍳 STOCKED KITCHEN We know feeding a big family on vacation can become its own adventure, so the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and serving meals at the cabin. Make pancakes before heading to Beavers Bend, pack lunches for the lake or cook a big family dinner while everyone hangs out nearby. There’s also a gas grill outside when burgers and dinner on the deck sound better. 🌲 OUTDOOR LIVING There’s plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors even when you’re not swimming. Have coffee on the covered porch, grill dinner, watch the kids play or simply sit outside and enjoy being surrounded by trees. Between the pool, fort, hot tub, firepit and covered outdoor areas, you really can spend an entire day at the cabin. 🐾 BRING THE DOGS We’re a family getaway, and we know sometimes that includes the four-legged members too. We welcome up to 4 pets. Pet fee: $50 per pet, per night. Please include all pets with your reservation so we know who’s joining you. 🐾 🌊 EXPLORE BROKEN BOW When you can convince everyone to leave the pool, Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park and Hochatown are all within easy driving distance. Spend the day hiking, boating, fishing or exploring Hochatown’s restaurants and attractions — then come home and jump right back into vacation mode. 🔥 WANT THE POOL HEATED? Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.
